A gamified online host

Diavaz plans to streamline its reception process and make more effective the training of new employees, while promoting the creation of business culture at all levels.

With this objective, MQL designs a gamified online Onboarding based on optimizing the time allocated by employees to the accompaniment of new colleagues and homogenizing information about the company, its products and services.

We created a Game Learning based on the adventures of three characters (two experts and a new employee) who must decode the DNA of the company and obtain their key information. Through the chapters, the user faces different challenges that allow him to advance to his final goal: Be a Diavaz expert!
